I walked in crying & walked out smiling & sooo happy!😊 I 💯 % recommend you give this relaxed, budget-friendly salon a go! It is not fast-paced, rushed & noisy. The gorgeous " Shezelle"" was so caring & sweet all round. She helped me achieve what I wanted. She has been there since the day the salon opened & she knows colour correction & style cuts like the back of her hand. A very relaxed calm salon- I even fell asleep twice at the sink-lol. I highly recommend you try this salon if you want a good price & a 5 star pro experience. They all are very patient & do not rush you out or cut corners. High quality service & products. This was my first visit to Cuts Avenue Eastgardens, and I had a great experience. A special mention to Robert Barrera, who did an excellent job with my haircut. He listened to what I wanted, paid attention to the details, and delivered a clean, professional result that suited me perfectly. I’m very happy with how it turned out. The staff were friendly, the shop was well presented, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Visiting the area so was afraid it would be risky for a big hair job. Came in at opening hour with my friend, and we were so impressed at how high quality and friendly the service was! I was served by Matthew who accommodated to my request for extra colour service on top of a cut and wash. :) He nailed the red tones I wanted in my new colour, as well as a beautiful layered cut that frames my face gorgeously. I also loved the head massage during the wash, and to top everything off, he was really quick as well. Would give 10 stars for my experience if I could. Thanks again!!
Halfway through my haircut I’m already smiling because I can see that my thin hair can still be fixed through a master craftsman’s work. I’ve had my haircut in different shops here in Chatswood over the years- and now I think I’ve found my guy to cut my thinning male hair and make it look way younger. Absolutely loved our experience at this salon! I took my 10 year old daughter in for a haircut and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The hairdresser, Matthew, was incredibly friendly, patient, and made her feel so comfortable the entire time. It’s not always easy finding someone who’s great with kids, but he was amazing. My first visit to this salon this morning and it won't be the last. The lovely lady, whose name I unfortunately did not get, listened to what I wanted and delivered 100%. I could not be happier and I have received compliments already. Another plus is the charges for services are fair and reasonable, which is not the case with some other salons in the area. Highly recommended.
William is amazing! He was so lovely, professional and made the whole experience really comfortable. My hair turned out so well and I’m honestly so so happy with the result. Owner of hair salon talked to me while discussing my hair and I could tell how passionate he was about the business. A great option for affordable haircuts for any age or gender and great on a time crunch.
Today was my first visit to this salon for a hair trim, and Chamlon (I hope I've spelled her name correctly) was wonderful. She listened carefully and trimmed my hair exactly the way I wanted. It's hard to find someone who understands "just a trim," but she got it right. I'm very happy with the result and would definitely come back again.

I went to have highlights done on my hair and I couldn't be any happier with the result. Sam did a very good job and the service was very professional. Sherzelle did a brilliant job with my hair! I asked for a trim on the length and my fringe, plus a hair treatment to prep for an upcoming perm session. The result is so lovely; my hair has never been this straight, silky and soft!
